What do I have to do @amazon to get my subscription orders to arrive on time???! STOP shipping via @USPS!!! They’re horrible and screw up the delivery EVERY time. Also, your customer service sucks more than Comcast. Guess I’ll go elsewhere @Chewy

Have had the worst customer service experience with @Xfinity. 3 contacts, agent transferred to a closed dept. when I asked to talk with mgr. issue still not resolved. Really wish I wasn't forced into Xfinity service here...

I wonder if Comcast just has issues with Twitch servers because I was able to stream a baseball and a basketball game at the same time with ease tonight.Usually I can't watch a twitch stream without it pausing every 5-10 minutes for a few seconds before playing again.

@Xfinity @comcast so now I cannot pause live tv. I come back and no set top box doesn’t support this feature. I am not on the set top. What is up? One of the things I liked best. Come on you are supposed to be the best. Sudden change no warning!!!!!

@davescherer It’s a shame USA Network has to delay NXT for the western states. Sure, I could watch it on my phone, but I’d rather watch it on my TV. And Comcast doesn’t allow for streaming from their app without Chromecast.

@comcastcares we are not having an outage, we are having issues with our router only working with WiFi and not our LAN cables, but we can’t contact customer support because it keeps telling us there is a fvcking internet outage. But we have internet! And I can’t even get help.
